An Iowa couple was quite surprised when none other than the President himself showed up on their wedding day. According to HuffPo, President Obama, the most high-profile of wedding crashers, had planned a last-minute campaign rally at the Living History Farms in Urbandale, Iowa on September 1. The only problem was there was a wedding happening at the same location. Luckily the rally ended prior to the start of the wedding and Obama left the newlyweds a wedding gift they won’t soon forget.

Working on your guest list? Don’t count on the President and First Lady attending, but you can extend a wedding invite to the White House and you will receive a pre-printed card — not quite the same as a handwritten greeting, but still a nice keepsake!

We’re used to seeing celebs like Justin Beiber and Robin Williams crash weddings, but this one threw us for a loop — Bill Clinton crashed a wedding on Friday in Ireland!

Apparently the couple was exchanging vows at the resort the Clinton’s were staying at. He took time to stop and pose with the very surprised couple and even accept a bit of praise for his politics; says the groom: ”I thanked him for all he did for the Peace Process and for being such a friend of Ireland.”
