Antique ghost keys attached to labels with twine make the perfect low-fuss vintage escort cards. Find your inspiration in a unique place and you can bet your wedding will look different than anyone else’s. The bride Sondra, who’s also an interior designer, drew wedding inspiration from vintage issues of National Geographic from the early 1930s. Literally everything about this wedding — from the save-the-dates, table numbers, and typography –reflected the design of the magazine. There were even vintage issues stacked on side tables at the reception to complete the theme! The couple integrated a palette of deep burgundy, grey, ivory and sage green to complement the University Club of San Francisco‘s Victorian-inspired interior. Check it out!

“The printed suite is a defining element of the event and sets the guests’ expectations for what is to come,” say Lynn Easton, founder of Easton Events. In order to make the invitation suite cohesive, Lynn carried signature elements throughout each piece, including a garland and bee crest with the couples’ monogram. Wispy and ornate calligraphy adds a timeless, elegant look, while a gray inner element, with a custom wax seal, added a contemporary twist.
