Did you see the insanity that was Lady Mary’s wedding dress? Designed by none other than Pam Hogg (who’s also designed outfits for Lady Gaga), this daring wedding dress definitely has our attention. Sheer necklines, sleeves, and cut-outs have topped our most recent trend reports and designer Pam Hogg has taken illusion to another level. Having dressed fashion “icon” Lady Gaga, this particular gown shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise. However, this may be one of the craziest wedding dresses we’ve seen!

Full frothy skirts and sheer elements are very popular among brides… but V-shaped, sheer cut-outs leaving nothing but bra and shoulder pad coverage, not so much. The strategically placed French seams up the bodice were a bold choice and not-to-mention one-of-kind. Lady Mary’s interesting look was completed with Nicholas Kirkwood bridal pumps, a chunky jeweled necklace, and fingertip veil.

The twenty-four year old aristocratic model was led in by her father, The Earl of Wemyss, on his estate in Gloucestershire where she married rock musician Robbie Furze (the lead singer of The Big Pink). As for her designer — please note the woman in jeans with yellow hair following close behind the bride — Hogg made sure not to let the gown hit the ground before the ceremony.
