Just when we started thinking that wedding veils couldn’t be reinvented again, we came across this “non-veil” (in the words of the designer) veil. Nilah & Company has always been a reliable source for gorgeous traditional veils (check out some of Nilah’s other pieces), but this new twist is even more brilliant.

It’s actually worn as a sort of long vest — your arms go through the two lace straps and the long rectangular veil trails behind you. We loved the old-fashioned Victorian feel it had, and better yet, the lace trim would help embellish a strapless gown.
