Karen went into wedding planning with a specific style in mind: classic vintage. So a romantic lace gown by Monique Lhuillier was an easy choice to fit that look. Delicate cap sleeves gave the dress an old-world quality, while the fitted silhouette added a serious dose of glamour. Karen wore her hair loose and sideswept, accented with a Sara Gabriel feather-and-rhinestone hair clip. She stayed away from dramatic red lips and dark eyes, and instead kept her makeup palette pretty and peachy.

The internationally renowned fashion AND bridal designer Monique Lhuillier has announced an exclusive line of fine jewelry for premier jeweler Blue Nile. We are in love!

The collection will consist of an assortment of romantic engagement rings and wedding bands inspired by Monique Lhuillier’s elegant bridal aesthetic. “There is no symbol of love more permanent or meaningful than an engagement ring,” said Ms. Lhuillier.

Ranging from $2,000 to $5,000, they will become available in October. Each ring will be set with Blue Nile diamonds and the highest quality platinum.

Looking for a completely unique wedding dress? Terren wore a beautiful Monique Lhuillier gown to her southern California wedding.

This gown was the first dress she tried on and Terren says, “I didn’t want to take it off! It was different than my typical style, so it made our wedding day feel special.” With such a detailed neckline, she knew she didn’t need much to complete her look, so she added simple diamond earrings, a pearl bracelet and an ivory veil. Want to see Terren and Billy’s entire wedding — go here!

From left: “Natalie” is made of silk white re-embroidered lace with a ruched tulle accent at the bust and tulle streamers; “Champagne” is made of white silk and gold embroidered tulle with illusion cap sleeves and a bow belt; “Luxe” is a silk white embroidered chiffon scoop neck sheath with a bow belt.
