We’ve seen the gown, now here’s the sketch! Anne Hathaway’s wedding gown was much anticipated and totally one-of-a-kind. Because Valentino is such an Anne fan, he came out of retirement for this one. The designer envisioned the gown specifically for Anne and it was made in Rome where the Valentino team hand painted the train and embellished it with embroidered satin flowers according to People.com.

We love her whimsical tulle gown for it’s romance and feminine off-the-shoulder neckline. She really did look like royalty at her sunset ceremony!

While not everyone has been as accepting of the headpiece, the 1920s-inspired veil was so much embellished that the actress decided to skip the jewelry. She concluded none needed, and I think we would have to agree.

Some of our favorite gowns from this past season incorporated lots of color. From colorful sashes to ombre effects, color has been ruling the runways. What do you think of the gowns below? Every girl in the office has been talking about these stunning Lazaro gowns sent over by JLM Couture for a photoshoot this week. And as well they should! Dripping in beads, delicate details, and some floral details these pretty dresses would make any bride feel like a million bucks.

Looking for a way to give your black-tie affair a fun, flirty spin? Meagan and Drew took cues from the colorful fall season and let it inspire their chic Chicago nuptials.

Meagan loved the way her Lazaro dress had a classic ballgown shape, but a fun, fluffy tulle skirt. She says of the rest of her look: “I kept my veil and jewelry simple to balance the embellishments on the dress.”

As the weather cooled down, she put on a white vintage caplet that was once her mother’s. For her bouquet, Meagan carried textured flowers like hydrangeas, craspedia, cockscomb, succulents, and dahlias in every autumn color. See the rest of Meagan and Drew’s wedding here!
