Hilaria Thomas married new hubby, Alec Baldwin in an Amsale gown fresh off the runway. Shown in April during Bridal Fashion Week, this was the “it” gown for her.

People Magazine reports that designer Amsale Aberra’s team was to fit her and suggested a mantilla veil. It was representative of her Spanish roots and she looked gorgeous on the big day.

Talk about going off the registry! PETA has given Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas none other than a bull to commemorate their wedding, according to a press release on the animal advocacy organization’s website. But don’t worry — the bull, which is now named Baldwin Thomas, isn’t roaming around in the couple’s newlywed nest. He’s living out the rest of his days at an animal sanctuary in India, recently retired from a tough life of pulling carts in India.

Why a bull? No official word from PETA on that (maybe it’s because of Baldwin’s bull-like personality), other than saying “what can you buy the bride and groom who have everything?” Alec is a known supporter of PETA, so hopefully he appreciates the gesture.

Surrounded by close friends and family, Alec Baldwin married Hilaria Thompson on Saturday in New York City, People reports.

The 30 Rock star wed his yoga instructor fiancé of three months at St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral, which was reportedly decorated with white roses, hydrangeas and calla lillies for the couple’s ceremony.

Hilaria, 28, wore a silk magnolia trumpet Amsale gown with cap sleeves and a keyhole back, while Alec, 54, suited up in Tom Ford. (Alec’s daughter Ireland Baldwin and Hilaria’s mother also wore Amsale).

Celebrity guests included Tina Fey, Woody Allen and Mariska Hartigay, along with Alec’s actor brothers Stephen and Billy Baldwin.

According to the New York Times, the two met at a New York Restaurant in February 2011 and got engaged this past April.
