Anamaria and Billy drew upon the beautiful countryside of Big Sur and Ireland for decor inspiration for their own wedding in Homewood, Illinois. The Ravisloe Country Club was the perfect venue for a romantic garden theme carried out in a color palette of peach, salmon, poppy and leafy green hues. Green ivy vines attached to the main building of the country club provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, while peonies, wax flowers and other wild blooms (designed by Ipomea Floral) lined the aisle. We especially love how the bridesmaids all wore mismatched dresses in a different shade of pink yet still looked perfectly coordinated.
At the couple’s indoor reception, the ballroom added more formality to the setting. The head table was decorated in striking pink linens gathered in scalloped folds while other guest tables were covered in white linen and surrounded by dark chiavari chairs. Gold accents brought a hint of glam to the reception, most notably in the two-tiered wedding cake topped with a statement sugar flower (by Oak Mill Bakery).
