Apparently Guys are Putting Flowers in Their Beards Now

We don’t have to tell you that flower crowns are really trendy right now but this new male flower trend we saw on The Cut is more hilarious than high-fashion and we just had to share. Behold below — the flower beard trend.

While it’s a very, um, interesting look, we don’t assume it’s going to make its way into weddings across the country or anything — can you imagine an entire fleet of groomsmen with roses shooting out of their faces? Some guests (like as in all of them) would be so confused.

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
