This ‘Walking Dead’–Themed Save-the-Date Video Is Seriously Intense

Walking Dead: The Knot / TheKnot.com YouTube

To all The Walking Dead fans out there: Breton Butler and Kyrielea Beggs have you beat. The couple released an eerie save-the-date trailer based on the show’s credits, beginning with their August 30 wedding date. The clip is complete with the names of their wedding party, antiqued and shattered photos, lone buildings, dark colors and generally awesome creepiness.

Since this video is setting a pretty unique standard for the wedding, what can guests expect? Zombie bartenders? Real Southern food? “Undeath do us part” vows?

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
