Matt Bomer Secretly Got Married Three Years Ago!

Matt Bomer: Just Jared / TheKnot.com Just Jared

White Collar and Magic Mike actor Matt Bomer is a married man! Although he came out two years ago, he just revealed in the May issue of Details that he wed his longtime partner, publicist Simon Halls, in 2011.

Three years is a long time to keep a celebrity marriage under wraps! No details about the couple’s wedding are known, but Matt did mention whom he admires for paving the way for same-sex marriage. Matt stars as a man with AIDS in the upcoming TV movie The Normal Heart and thanked the original writer of the play, Larry Kramer.

“I wouldn’t have a lot of the rights I have today if it wasn’t for people like Larry,” Matt said in the interview.

Matt and Simon have six-year-old twin sons, Walker and Henry, and one eight-year-old son, Kit. Congrats to the couple!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
