Honey Boo Boo’s Sister Got a Literally Cheesy Proposal — See The Pizza Pic!

Honey Boo Boo’s family never skews toward tradition, per se, but always keeps things interesting in their hometown of McIntyre, GA. During last night’s episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Honey Boo Boo’s older sister, Anna Shannon, got proposed to by her boyfriend Michael on New Year’s Eve during their town’s annual Tallapossa Possum Drop (no, we’re not making this up).

Michael proposed to Anna at a restaurant with a cheese pizza that read “Marry Me?” in tomato sauce, and of course Anna said yes. How could you honestly turn that proposal down? Michael and Anna have been dating for a year and we wonder if the wedding will be filmed for the show!

Congrats to the couple!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
