NYFW Dresses You Could Totally Get Married In

New York Fashion Week Fall 2014 is still going strong and while fashion shows no longer end with a bridal gown as they once did back in the day, there are still a lot of wedding-worthy dresses making their way down the runway.

The celebrity stylists are on the lookout for red carpet dresses for the upcoming Oscars, but we’ve found five that would look amazing walking down the aisle.

Oscar de la Renta

No one in the world does gowns quite like Mr. de la Renta and the detailing in this dress is simply stunning and so, so special. Any bride would feel beyond amazing wearing it!

Monique Lhuillier

Monique Lhuillier Fall 2014

Obviously, Monique Lhuillier has a booming bridal business but we also love this from her ready-to-wear collection. The interesting hemline is a great way to show off those cool winter booties!

Jenny Packham

Jenny Packham Fall 2014

Jenny Packham is a favorite of Kate Middleton and this dress is a perfect example of why — classy and young all at the same time. We could totally see this being worn at a black tie evening wedding.

Badgley Mischka

Badgley Mischka Fall 2014

The design duo, Mark Badgley and James Mischka, also have a separate bridal collection that we love. But this champagne gown is so bride-worthy too!

Carolina Herrera

Carolina Herrera Fall 2014

Pure elegance — that’s what Carolina Herrera does best. We’re envious of the sophisticated bride who walks down the aisle in this dress. The belt detail is non-traditional, but so chic.

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
