You Won’t Believe This Wedding Was Planned In Three Months!

Natalie and Dax spent only three months officially engaged before swapping vows in a gorgeous outdoor wedding oozing with plush peonies and laid-back elegance. So how did this couple pull off in 12 weeks what most spend 12-14 months planning for? Forget about the all-inclusive honeymoon, they went for an all-inclusive venue at Historic Cedarwood in Nashville, TN.

The historic farm estate provided planning and design services, flowers, set-up, cleanup, pre-approved vendors, and most importantly, total peace of mind for the couple. “Having the all-inclusive vendor ensured our friends and family weren’t burdened with responsibilities on the big day,” Natalie explains.  “Everyone was able to just show up and enjoy.”

The couple’s asthetic of Southern sophistication was infused throughout the day, including a decorated front lawn swing, candle lanterns and a plethora of memorable peach arrangements with antique gold accents. For the meadow ceremony, fruitwood chairs lined a blush rose-petal aisle leading to a romantic alter draped with ivory linen and garden rose garlands.  Rustic opulence flowed through the reception as guests found their seats at long farm tables with the help of escort cards hanging from twine (VIP event ticket-inspired and designed by the couple!) and enjoyed catering perfection from Copper Kettle.

The talented Teale Photography captured every detail of the exquisite tiffany blue, gold and coral affair– swoon over all of the charming details here and below!

    This wedding is stunning!!!!!!!!!
We also got married in 3 months but had a DIY under $5k (for everything including rings). You don’t have time to change your mind on everything a million times so it was actually less stress than I thought it would be to make a decision that stayed checked off the list.

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
