Police Arrest Turns Out To Be A Fake Out Proposal! (Watch)

Police Arrest Proposal Fake

This has to be one of the craziest fake out proposal stories we’ve ever heard of, this guy had his girlfriend in tears thinking he was being arrested until he pulled out a ring and got down on one knee. Here’s the backstory from an interview the couple gave to Good Morning America: Matt and Samantha met during a brief stint in jail after they were arrested for underage drinking during their freshman year at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH (they were both cleared of all charges). Who knew that getting arrested could be this romantic? When Matt decided to propose he knew he wanted to tie in their unique beginning to their love story so he contacted Chief Edward Andersen, the police officer who arrested the couple on the night they met. The best part is that the entire proposal was captured on the police car’s dash cam. Watch the whole proposal go down in the video below!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
