Breaking News! Guess Which Bachelorette is Designing Wedding Dresses for Maggie Sottero…

Desirre Hartsock with Maggie Sottero

Breaking news! The Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock is pairing up with international bridal designer Maggie Sottero to design a collection of wedding gowns, including her own dress for her upcoming wedding to Chris Siegfried. Could the date be closer than we think?!

The aspiring bridal designer and stylist says she thrilled with the opportunity and tweeted about her excitement this morning:

Desiree will be hands-on in designing an exclusive line with Maggie Sottero, plus a modified version of her gown and reception dress that will actually be in the final collection. We can’t wait to see what she’s dreaming up — we’re thinking Great Gatsby-glam and lots of sparkle (similar to the dresses below). The collection will debut as part of Maggie Sottero’s Spring 2015 Collection in August at The Knot’s LA Couture Show in Hollywood, California. Let the countdown begin and congrats, Desiree!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
