Glittery Cake Shines At Historic Atlanta Venue

You won’t be able to look away from this dazzling 5-tier strawberry and almond wedding cake (by Couture Cakes) with silver glitter detail topped with pink roses. The cake adds glamour to Christina and David’s vintage wedding set in the stunning backdrop of Atlanta’s historic Biltmore Ballrooms. The whole reception wowed with oversized centerpieces of roses, orchids, hydrangea and tulips, romantic candelabras and even a mirror-topped head table! The bride wore a pearly fit-n-flare gown and  cathedral veil from Winnie Couture, and the groom wore a striped gray bow tie from The Modern Gent with a large orchid boutonniere. Carla Gates Photography captured the elegant details from ellyB Events below and here!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
