Trend Report! The Hottest Hair and Makeup Trends for 2014

From oversized hair to white eyeliner (yes, really), here are the hottest looks in bridal beauty we saw on the catwalks of New York Bridal Fashion Week.

Nude Lips

While we love a pretty pink lip, a naturally nude one is just as stunning. This beauty trend also lets you play up your eyes without looking overdone.

White Eyeliner

Forget the dark smokey eye. Try a white eyeliner rather than your typical black or brown to make your eyes really pop.

Voluminous Hair

Bigger can be better when it comes to wedding day hair! We can’t get enough of these luscious, full curls.

Winged-Tip Eyes

Add a flair of drama while still looking clean and sophisticated with a gorgeous catlike eye.

Boho Braids

Go for messy braids instead of the traditional chignon. This natural looking style works especially well if you’re having a rustic barnyard wedding or beachside fête.

I love the Boho braids and I’m so happy their back this fall / autumn.
I’m not getting married, but I may pinch these for myself.
    Thanks for the pics.

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
