A Marriage Proposal On Top Of A Bus! (Video)

Add this video to the list of romantic proposal ideas. In the middle of a work meeting, Alissa Haslam was interrupted by the sound of music out on the street outside her office. When Alissa went to the window to see what was going on, she spotted a huge group of friends and family, a live brass band, and her girlfriend on top of a (stationary) bus holding a series of sweet signs. Fair warning, you might want tissues nearby before you start this video.

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
