Braided Green Heels Meet Vintage Barn Wedding!

Everything about Zoe and Ian’s elegant and quirky farm wedding makes us smile! Zoe’s amazing style sense (she’s a fashion designer!) shows in those stop-dead-in-your-tracks amazing  green heels from 3.1 Phillip Lim matched with a Vera Wang gown and vintage birdcage veil. A DIY ethos meant custom bridesmaid dresses, homemade mini apple pies, and hand sewn burlap and lace table runners. After stumbling across the Rufflands Farm in Rhinebeck, NY on a city excursion, the couple knew it was the perfect place for their wedding because friends and family could stay on the property and they could even feed the sheep and cows! A lobster truck and Momofoku naked cake (reminiscent of Zoe and Ian’s first date in NYC) were fun urban additions to their open barn reception. Matthew Lee of CLY Creation captured the day with tons of fresh candid photography. See how it all went down!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
