This Couple Married On Top Of A Glacier!

Get this: These two decided to skip the big wedding and elope on top of Liebig Dome — a glacier on top of Mt. Cook in New Zealand to be exact! The couple arrived by a helicopter (not that they had a choice since it was the only way for them to reach the scenic spot) in their wedding dress and suit with a photographer (for ridiculously beautiful photos of course) and a justice of the peace to make it official. We did a little investigating and it turns out that The Wedding Company in New Zealand offers “heli-wedding” packages on Mt. Cook starting at just under $5k. #Awesome!

Such a beautiful place, such lackluster photos. They should have hired someone good. These looks like point and shoot

I thought I was going to this wedding but it turns out it was meant to be a private affair! Instead we all met at a disco in Fort Collins, CO.

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
