A Pretty Peach Wedding at Snug Harbor Botanic Garden from Betsi Ewing Studio

Today’s wedding captures one of my favorite color palettes of the summer: peach and gray. It’s so fresh and pretty and works perfectly with this Staten Island outdoor venue (at the Snug Harbor Botanic Garden). Beyond all the pretty, it’s the fun playful that give this wedding some real personality — I’m talking mustache flasks for the groomsmen and a bouquet wrap tied with a photo from the couple’s first big date night (high school prom night!). Take a look at this gorgeous wedding captured by Betsi Ewing Studio!

Another fun touch I love is that the couple included their original prom picture on the bridal bouquet — such a personal touch!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
