A Homespun Wedding at Breaux Vineyards in Purcellville, VA

Cathleen and Ross were inspired by burlap, lace and neutral colors like pink, grey, ivory and champagne which influenced all their decor. The outdoor wedding at Breaux Vineyards struck the perfect cord between personalized touches and wine-themed details (like the wine barrels table legs!). DIY touches like homemade flower girl outfits, French doors re-purposed as escort cards, a lace guest book table and chalkboard and burlap wedding signs added to the homey elegance. See all the photos below from Whysall Photography and Vicki Grafton Photography.

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
