Our new Summer 2013 issue of The Knot magazine has arrived! Order your copy today and prepare to be inspired by the gorgeous gowns and accessories that fill every page. Check out some of my favorite fashion-forward looks below and pick up your copy for so much more!

Photographer Elizabeth Messina perfectly captured this flapper-inspired Reem Acra dress, shown on our cover, accessorized with a sleek pair of Stuart Weitzman pumps and Tejani headpiece jewel. (Psst: the jewel is really an earring! Just proves how creative you can be.) And for any NYC-based brides-to-be, head designer Urvi Tejani is hosting an in-store event here in NYC. Click here for event details and enter to win jewelry for your wedding!

Escort cards are extremely easy to personalize and an excellent way to bring in your wedding day colors -- from calligraphed seating cards set atop a textured linen to apples tagged with each guest's name or small personalized bundles of lavender tied off with string. Other ways to display escort cards: Pin them to a clothesline, post them on a board covered in color-coordinated ribbon, or incorporate them into your cocktail hour using personalized stirrers tagged with guests' names.
