Check Out Leslie Knope Parks and Recreation’s Awesome Wedding Gown!
Instead of waiting months for their long anticipated wedding, Ben and Leslie (our favorite spontaneous duo) decided to have the wedding right then and there at a gala surround by everyone in Pawnee. As an obsessed Parks and Recreation fan I can’t help but swoon over Leslie’s gown (cobbled together last minute by Leslie’s best friend and beautiful tropical fish, Ann Perkins). The makeshift wedding dress was covered in memos, documents, and newspaper articles from Leslie’s career (I’m tearing up just thinking about it!) and it definitely stole the show!

I won’t spoil ALL of the crazy antics that went down, but the couple ended up getting married at Leslie’s favorite place in the world, Pawnee City Hall. Trust us, that was an Emmy-worthy performance!

I completely agree that last night had several Emmy-worthy performances! I raced home from my office at DISH to watch this episode because I’ve been trying to soak in as many wedding styles as I can in order to better plan my own. I actually missed it, but my DISH Hopper saved the day! It records all the primetime shows from the four major networks each night of the week, and it made me so happy to see Leslie’s wedding just waiting for me; I loved it!
I guess I should become besties with Kim or get a job myself at DISH, or at least subscribe to DISH, eh? I DISH… I mean wish … the knot would review posts for this kind of DISHgraceful plug.
