We're having tapas style 'small plate' entree choices being served in three stations: poultry and pasta, seafood and fish, and meat (pork, beef, and lamb.) We're offering 25 of these small plates, inspired by our foodie love of ethnic dining, to showcase a range of food preparations and cultural flavors - Spanish style pork and potato empenadas with green tomato/vidalia onion jam, Jamaican Jerk chicken with cilantro-lime sauce, Thai Style Tea-Smoked Chicken and Ginger Lettuce Wraps, salmon quiche with creme freche, duck wellington, etc. We're also being careful to offer plenty of choices because of our guests range of allergies and preferences - every allergy you can image, frankly. This way, everyone has a few things they can eat and will love, and nobody feels left out.
