We’re so excited for Kelly and her new fiancé Brandon, and now even more about her ring! She announced their engagement this weekend on Twitter and followed shortly after with a post to show off her gigantic diamond. She tweeted, “Everyone has been asking about my engagement ring, so here it is : ) It’s a yellow canary diamond with diamonds around it and Brandon designed it with Johnathon Arndt! They did an amazing job! I can’t wait to make Brandon’s ring with Johnathon as well!”
Get Kelly’s look and check out these killer stones too. Congrats to the happy couple!
One of the reasons we love winter (besides the fact that the world turns in a gorgeous snow globe) is that beautiful color palettes like deep jewel tones, elegant ivories and festive metallics start making their appearances in weddings. Our friends at Weddington Way helped pick some favorite shades for the perfect winter wonderland wedding.

While we may love wedding dresses and all things pretty here at The Knot, don’t make the mistake and think we aren’t also hardcore The Lord of Rings fans (fashion and fantasy come hand in hand). That’s why in the middle of watching The Hobbit, the prequel to the Lord of the Rings trilogy, we had a major wardrobe-envy moment when Lady Galadriel walked in with her unworldly white gown. For brides who equally covet the look, here are some dresses that are worthy of the Elvin Queen.

We are officially in the midst of proposal season (just check your Facebook newsfeed) and who doesn’t love a holiday engagement? Not only is this a popular time of year to get engaged, but the princess-cut diamond ring is one of the most popular styles too. Check out some of our favorites to see why! If a princess-cut isn’t the shape for you, which do you prefer?

Accept that you might not actually be able to press pause on the compulsive wedding chatter. Hey, you're excited, and that's cool! But expecting one or two people to listen to all of it? Too much. Share the love. Spread the obsessing out over a wider circle of friends (that's what cubemates are for, right?) and space it out, so you can spare them all, including your fiance, from bride (that would be you) burnout.see more
