Jetpack Wedding Makes History

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a….wedding? Grant Engler and Amanda Volf weren’t content to do the average walk down the ceremony aisle, so they traded in their tux and dress for jetpacks while 40 guests looked on. Too bad the futuristic contraption doesn’t come in white.

For the reception the couple danced in midair to “Come Fly With Me” by Frank Sinatra. Let’s hope their first child isn’t born to “Fly Me To The Moon”!

The couple ended the wedding with a jetpack tour of Newport Bay in California.

I always thought Elroy Jetson would be the first person to have a jetpack wedding, but this couple beat him to it!

Congrats to Grant and Amanda on their wedding, and for making history.
