The Most Expensive (Pet) Wedding of All Time!

Can you imagine spending $250,000 on your wedding? Wendy Diamond, a wealthy animal rights activist, spent that much on her dog! Looking for a way to raise awareness of canine cancer, she decided to hold the “FairyTail” pet wedding of the century. Her dog, Baby Hope, married a fellow pooch on July 12 in New York City, and they broke the Guinness World Record for “Most Expensive Pet Wedding.” Celebrities donated everything from the doggie dress to the pet food buffet, and all the money raised from ticket sales went to the Humane Society of New York. Two lucky dogs! Check out some of the amazing wedding photos below!

The Maid of Honor

Wendy Diamond wrote on her blog: "I am not the mother of the bride since Baby Hope is 56 years old in dog years, so it’s impossible, just call me the Maid of Honor!"
